PRIVACY & REVIEW LIMITS

Know what this channel does.

  • No login is required. CCE does not attach your Blueprint account, name, or email to a report unless you explicitly provide contact details here.
  • Report text, contact details, consent choices, review notes, and supporting files are stored encrypted. Review access is restricted to the site owner; site hosting systems process your submission.
  • The app uses a short-lived connection token for spam limits, stored separately from reports. Hosting services may retain technical logs. Absolute anonymity is not guaranteed.
  • Reports and completed supporting-file uploads are available for review for up to 180 days. Expired records are excluded from the inbox and removed during routine use. Incomplete uploads expire after 24 hours. The owner can delete a report and its files sooner; hosting backups may retain copies longer.
  • Your submission is not automatically sent to a facility or published. Permission for a deidentified summary does not authorize publishing uploaded files. Any future outside sharing requires a separate decision about consent and safety.
  • A shared browser may retain history or form data. Use a device and email address you trust.
