CCE CONNECT / PAPERWORK ASSISTANCE

A little guidance.
A clearer next step.

Thinking about asking to end probation early? Tell us a few basics and the help you need.

Start with a conversation.

CCE can review your request and help identify court resources or legal support. This form does not file paperwork or decide whether you qualify. Keep following your supervision conditions unless the court changes them. Please leave out case numbers, Social Security numbers, and sensitive records.

01 Your need
02 Where support is needed

A valid ZIP can fill the city and state when you submit. Choose the place where help is needed, which may differ from the location of a facility.

03 Your contact preferences

Use your own contact information or information you have permission to provide.

Optional: court forms and a private preparation worksheet

Prefer to organize your own notes? These tools are available below. Saving the worksheet does not send it to CCE.

OFFICIAL FORMS / 50-STATE REVIEW

Find the court’s form first.

Some states publish a request form. Others use local packets, officer recommendations, or a court-specific motion. A form from one county is not automatically valid elsewhere.

Browsing here does not change the jurisdiction on your worksheet. Match the exact court and case type before using a form.

Select a state to see what was found.

Find the federal district responsible for your case, wherever it is in the country. Check the court name on your judgment or ask your supervising officer if you are unsure.

Find my federal court / probation office ↗

The official U.S. Courts finder lets you search by city, state, ZIP code, or court name. Choose “U.S. District Courts” or “U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services” to narrow the results. Your nearest office may differ from the court responsible for your case.

Browse federal court websites by state / district ↗

Once you find your district, look for its forms, self-help information, or clerk’s instructions. Ask which early-termination process applies to your supervision type; federal probation and supervised release are different. This directory helps you find the right office and does not identify a ready-to-file form for every district.
